This handy pie mold cuts pastry dough into two matching pieces – a base and a top – with your choice of a solid or beautifully vented lattice design. Fill with your favorite sweet or savory ingredients; fruit, berries, meats, cheeses, vegetables and more!

Cut & Shape: Use the mold to cut two pastry shapes – one for the bottom, one for the top.

Fill & Seal: Place the bottom crust on the smooth side of the mold and fill with your favorite ingredients!

Crimp & Lift: Baste the edges with egg, add the top crust, then close the crimped side of the mold to seal.

Bake or Fry: The sealed pie lifts out easily, ready to go onto your baking sheet or into the fryer.
