Simply insert or stack the food into the center of the tube then cut in half or quarter with a sharp knife using the open channels as a guide. Invert the tube and slide the white disc to push the cut food out. Choose the appropriate size tube based on the fruit or vegetable. The large size is ideal for tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, large mushrooms, hard-boiled eggs, even parboiled small potatoes. Use the smaller tube for cherry tomatoes, large grapes, small mushrooms or strawberries. Remove plug at the base for easy top-rack dishwasher safe cleaning. Made from BPA free plastic.
