Cut & Shape: Use the mold to cut two pastry shapes – one for the bottom, one for the top.

Fill & Seal: Place the bottom crust on the smooth side of the mold and fill with your favorite ingredients!

Crimp & Lift: Baste the edges with egg, add the top crust, then close the crimped side of the mold to seal.
